Effective date: October 31, 2026
Introduction
EOK Ventures Inc. doing business as Aamra, and its affiliates (together, "Aamra", "we", "us" or "our") respect your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share and protect information from our customers, visitors and users through our website at www.aamrastudio.com (“Site”), our products and services offered through the Site, our social media pages, and any other interactions you have with us (together, the "Services").
By accessing the Services, using their features, or submitting information to us, you agree to this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
Our Services are intended for users in the United States and Canada only.
Information We Collect
Information you provide.
When you create an account, place an order, subscribe to our emails or contact us, we collect "Personal Information", meaning any information that can be directly or indirectly associated with you. This may include your name, email address, phone number, shipping and billing address, date of birth, and payment details. If you send a gift to someone else, you may also give us that person's name and address. Please make sure you have permission to share it.
Information from other sources. We may also receive information about you from third parties, such as payment processors, shipping carriers, advertising and analytics partners, and social media platforms (for example, if you link a social media account to your account or interact with us on social media).
Device identifiers. When you use the Services on a device, we may collect identifiers such as device ID and device type. We use these to improve the Services, including sending you updates. A device identifier may be combined with other Personal Information.
Analytics. We may collect information, directly or through third-party services, using logging and cookies. This can sometimes be linked to Personal Information. We use it to understand how the Services are used and what interests our visitors.
Log data. Like most websites, our servers automatically record information when you use the Services (“Usage Data”). This may include your IP address, the page you visited before ours, the products you view and purchase, browser type and settings, the date and time of access, language preferences and cookie data. If you enable location features on your device, it may also include your approximate location.
Cookies and tracking technologies. A cookie is a small text file stored on your device by your browser. We use cookies and similar technologies to remember your preferences, process shopping cart items, measure site performance, improve functionality and support advertising. Usage Data may become Personal Information when it is linked to you. Third parties may also place cookies through the Services and collect information about your activity across other sites and online services, including social media platforms.
You can control cookies through your browser settings. You can also limit interest-based advertising through your mobile device settings. Where required by applicable law, non-essential cookies and similar technologies are disabled until you consent to them.
Opt-out preference signals. Our Site recognizes the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal. If your browser sends a GPC signal, we will treat it as a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of Personal Information associated with that browser and, if you are logged in, with your account. Where required by law, we will display on the Site whether we have processed your signal.
Do Not Track. Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" setting. Because there is no common industry standard for these signals, the Site does not currently respond to them. We do honor opt-out preference signals as described above.
